Delete your iPet account

You can request deletion of your iPet account and associated personal data without reinstalling the Android app or signing in to it.

Email support@ipet.al from your account email address.

Use the subject Delete my iPet account and say that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Do not send your password, sign-in codes or identity documents in the initial email.

What happens next

  1. We verify that you control the account. If you cannot use its email address, contact support for help with verification.
  2. We remove your account and associated personal data that can be deleted, and revoke its sessions and access.
  3. We confirm completion and explain any information that must be retained and why.

Records that may be retained

Clinics may retain their clinical records independently of your portal account. Invoices and records needed for legal, accounting, security or fraud-prevention purposes may also need to be retained. Any retained data remains subject to applicable access restrictions. See the Privacy Policy for details, including backups.

Deleting the app is different

Uninstalling iPet or clearing Android app storage does not delete your server account. Use the request above to delete it. You can also ask support to correct or delete specific personal information without closing your whole account.
